Mojácar – Plaza de Ayuntamiento

In the center we find a centenary tree of a ficus benjamín, brought here from the America by an emigrant. On the floor we can find mosaics forming the Indalo symbol. On the façade of the Town Hall there is the city’s coat of arms, with its emblem. “To the very noble and very loyal City of Mojácar.” City Title granted by Philip II for loyalty in the battle of Las Alpujarras.
